Quality Control

Hambours guarantee all garments bearing our 'Hambours' label against faulty materials and workmanship.  This guarantee covers school uniforms and includes faulty studs, zips and buttons.

How we go about it:

  • On arrival from the manufacturer all fabric is checked for colour consistency and design.
  • Prior to cutting, the fabric is checked for flaws and holes.
  • During manufacture uniforms are checked for shading and check matching.
  • All garments are checked against size standards.
  • At finishing and prior to pressing the garment is fully checked for any manufacturing faults.

No one’s perfect – but we aim for the best at Hambours

Over 99.6% of Hambours school uniforms leave our warehouse very happy and in perfect order. Every now and then one slips past our eagle eyes. Let us know immediately and we can arrange to check your item, and if it does not meet our high standards it will be repaired where possible or replaced.
