Over 99.6% of Hambours school uniforms leave our warehouse very happy and in perfect order. Every now and then one slips past our eagle eyes. Let us know immediately and we can arrange to check your item, and if it does not meet our high standards it will be repaired where possible or replaced.
Please remember to follow all care instructions as we cannot be held responsible for unreasonable wear and tear.
You can return any garments (with the exception of those mentioned below) to any of our retail stores within the first 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund subject to the conditions below. Note that garments ordered and or paid for in our Back to School period will be covered until the end of February.
If there is a major problem with the goods, you can choose to be refunded or to have the goods replaced or repaired. If the problem with the goods is minor, Hambours can choose to repair the items.
The rights detailed above are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under any applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
We know that there are always exceptions to the rule.
