- A minimum order of $30.00 is required.
- A minimum deposit of $10.00 or 20% of the lay-by total, which ever is the greater.
- The maximum lay-by term is six (6) months.
- Regular monthly payments MUST be made.
- Your lay-by is to be paid for and collected by the due date (as recorded on the docket).
- If you cancel this lay-by, all monies paid with the exception of a $10.00 cancellation fee will be refundable. If you do not make payments when they are due, do not finalise the lay-by by the due date, or the lay-by is not collected within thirty (30) days after the expiration date, we will cancel the lay-by and retain the $10.00 cancellation fee.
- It is your responsibility to contact Hambours within thirty (30) days of the lay-by expiration to arrange funds over and above the $10.00 cancellation fee to be refunded to you.
- The same payment process used for lay-by payments will be used to provide refunds for lay-bys.
- Photographic identification must be produced if requesting replacement documentation, cancelling the lay-by, or where no documentation can be produced and you wish to finalise and collect your lay-by.
- Individual items may not be separated from a lay-by parcel until final payment is received.
- Information collected for this transaction will be used to process your lay-by and to contact you if required.

Title to all lay-by goods is retained by Hambours (ABN 1400 751 1757) until payment is made in full.
